About the Opportunity We're seeking customer-focused professionals to join a fast-paced healthcare call center team. In this role, you'll serve as a key resource for members and customers, handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing support related to healthcare and pharmacy benefits. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-volume environment, enjoy helping others, and have strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities * Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls and occasional follow-up calls. * Assist customers with prior authorization inquiries, healthcare-related questions, and other account-related concerns. * Accurately document and update customer information across multiple systems and databases. * Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and professionalism during every interaction. * Research customer issues and provide timely resolutions while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. * Meet performance expectations for quality, accuracy, and call volume. Qualifications Required: * Minimum of 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Experience navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously. * Ability to accurately enter and document information. * Typing speed of at least 30 WPM. * Stable work history with demonstrated tenure in previous positions. Preferred: * Healthcare, medical, pharmacy, or insurance industry experience. * Pharmacy Technician Certification. * Bilingual capabilities. Schedule & Training Training * 4-week paid training program * Monday through Friday * 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST Work Schedule * Must be available 7 days per week between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM * Assigned schedule will fall within those operating hours Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
