Position Summary The OSP Construction Manager is responsible for managing daily outside plant (OSP) construction operations supporting fiber network deployments. This role provides field leadership, contractor oversight, quality control, and project execution support to ensure construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company and customer requirements. The OSP Construction Manager will serve as a key operational leader for the Ohio market, coordinating with Project Managers, Inspectors, Contractors, Engineering, Permitting, and other internal teams to successfully deliver large-scale fiber construction projects.
