Wisconsin Public Service Corp, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Utility Service Clerk in our Green Bay, Wisconsin location. This position is represented by Local No. 420 IUOE. Job Summary
A Utility Service Clerk makes and receives company-wide residential and commercial customer contacts including but not limited to: new electric & gas service, removal, relocations & upgrades. This position provides efficient customer service by handling customer requests, maintaining operations communications, processing work requests, and maintaining records. Job Responsibilities
Initiate and receive residential & commercial inquiries relating to application for service requests:
Process residential & commercial work requests (new, remove, relocation and upgrade):
Process residential non-service billing and payments:
Process commercial non-service billing and payments (This is not exclusively Local 420 work.):
Minimum Qualifications

End Date: 07/31/2026 Minimum Posting Range: $30.15 Maximum Posting Range: $38.69 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
