Location: Shakopee, MN

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour

Available Shifts:



  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM


Rotating Schedule:


  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training in manufacturing, printing technology, industrial maintenance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Ongoing safety and equipment operation training provided.


Experience Requirements



  • One to four years of manufacturing, printing, machine operation, or industrial production experience preferred.
  • Experience operating sheetfed presses or similar printing equipment strongly preferred.
  • Related experience in corrugated, flexographic, mylar, packaging, or other printing processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to safely operate production equipment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.


Job Duties



  • Operate and monitor sheetfed press equipment to support production goals.
  • Set up, adjust, and maintain production runs to ensure efficiency and product quality.
  • Inspect finished products and identify quality concerns during the manufacturing process.
  • Monitor machine performance and make operational adjustments as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
  • Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate production records and operational documentation.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety policies and manufacturing standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift.



Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
