Job Duties

• Setting up, operating, tuning, and performing basic maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Bend, cut, punch, brake, and press metal depending on the machine being operated.
• Perform quality checks.
• Safely operate equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Read production tickets and precision measurement tools.
• Meet minimum production standards, perform die changeovers, operate basic hand tools, and safely handle and transport materials using manual pallet jacks.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
