About the Role

This role owns the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement for our print fulfillment site. They helping ensure every job is produced accurately, shipped on time, and delivered to Alight standards. You'll coach a hands-on team, partner cross-functionally, and use data to drive smarter, smoother operations.

Responsibilities

  • Leading daily production and fulfillment operations to consistently meet SLAs with high quality and accuracy. Fulfillment operations include print, assembly, receiving/put-away, production execution, inventory movement, pick/pack, and shipping.
  • Setting clear short- and long-term goals, track results, and continuously improve throughput, cost, and service performance. Troubleshooting production, quality, and workflow issues; lead root-cause analysis and implement lasting fixes
  • Ensuring the right staffing, training, and equipment are in place to hit productivity and service goals. Coaching and developing team members through training, feedback, and recognition-building skills, engagement, and ownership
  • Reviewing workflows and implement improvements that reduce waste, increase efficiency, and elevate quality.
  • Assigning work, plan daily labor schedules, and remove blockers so the team can deliver. Prioritizing effectively in a changing environment - rebalancing resources and work as new information comes in
  • Owning data accuracy and investigate variances quickly. Ensuring accurate, timely reporting and record retention for the operation; use metrics to spot trends and drive action
  • Communicating proactively with internal partners and customers; lead daily huddles/stand-ups and team meetings to align priorities
  • Modeling and enforcing company policies consistently, with a focus on empowering, respect, accountability, performance and growth. Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver great client experience and hit delivery commitments
  • Partnering with HR and site leadership to build a positive, inclusive employee experience and support hiring, onboarding, and development
  • Maintaining a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety procedures
  • Serving as a knowledgeable point of contact on production and fulfillment capabilities, providing guidance and solutions to partners and customers
  • Managing to budget by understanding cost drivers and controlling variable expenses without sacrificing service. Building staffing plans and support budgets, capital requests, and inventory requirements aligned to business demand.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in production, fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing operations
  • Able to work On-site in Lewisville, TX
  • Have experience supporting high-volume, accuracy-critical production workflows
  • Possess Lean / continuous improvement experience (Kaizen, 5S, root-cause analysis).
  • Possess working knowledge of WMS/shipping systems and inventory control best practices.
  • Be a Hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic operation and enjoys being on the floor with the team.
  • Have people leadership and communication skills (coaching, feedback, and day-to-day motivation)
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills-able to break down issues, weigh options, and drive solutions with partners
  • Comfort with data and technology: advanced Excel skills and ability to learn/improve operational systems
  • Able to work in brisk production environment: walking, bending, and ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs to assist the team
  • Possess schedule flexibility: based on business needs; during peak periods extended schedules/hours may be necessary to meet client deadlines

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

75,000.00 USD

Maximum :

85,000.00 USD
