For more information about our mission, our department, and UWM, please visit our website at uwm.edu/housing Duties and Key Job Responsibilities: This position develops, implements, and executes integrated marketing and communication strategies that support University Housing's goals, including student recruitment, retention, and engagement. This role serves as the primary lead for marketing, brand management, digital strategy, and communications for University Housing. The Marketing Manager oversees the creation and delivery of marketing content across platforms, manages the University Housing website, and supervises the Design Center, which provides marketing and creative services to staff and student leaders. The role supervises student staff and collaborates with campus partners to ensure consistent, effective, and accessible messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development & Execution - 40%
2. Website Management- 25%
3. Creative Direction, Design Center Operations & Content Production - 20%
4. Student Staff Supervision & Coordination - 10%
