We are seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Senior Client Services Representative to serve as a key liaison between clients and internal operations teams. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service by managing inquiries, coordinating issue resolution, and supporting the administration of investment-related services. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to client relationship management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. In addition to managing day-to-day client needs, this individual will help support team development, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and assist in maintaining operational excellence across multiple service offerings. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service and support. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, prioritize requests, and meet client deliverables. Review operational reports and client-facing outputs to identify, investigate, and escalate potential issues. Participate in client meetings and contribute to service reviews, business updates, and relationship management activities. Utilize internal systems and technology platforms to research, track, and resolve client requests efficiently. Promote and support the adoption of new technology, automation tools, and process improvements that enhance the client experience. Monitor required client documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and control procedures. Support audits, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to less experienced team members and new hires. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, investment operations, fund administration, custody services, or a related environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities. Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external business relationships. Experience working with financial products, securities processing, fund operations, or investment accounting is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Comfortable learning new systems and leveraging technology to improve service delivery and operational outcomes.
