Part-Time After-School Site Leader: We Call Our Program Manager Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students! Part-Time Site Program Manager Details: Part-Time After-School Site Program Manager: ($20-$24) per hour (based on education, experience) Start Date: July/August 2025 Schedule: 2:30 pm-6:30 pm (must be able to work full schedule Monday through Friday)- Locations- located inside the Lamar District Schools: Lindsey Elementary 2431 Joan Collier Trce \| Katy, 77494 Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, at least 21 years of age and at least 1 year of experience in a licensed program in a childcare/school setting. Full availability Monday through Friday at the scheduled time listed above is required. Job Requirement Ideal Candidates will have the following: Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills One year of supervisor/management experience (Required) Works well in a team environment At least 21 years of age (Required) At least one year of experience working with children 5-13 years of age in a formal group childcare setting (required) 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management (required) A high school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 40lbs Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living Ability to meet state-specific requirements
