Experience Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping, janitorial, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs in a fast-paced setting.

Job Duties

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare assigned guest rooms according to established hotel standards.
• Replace bed linens and restock towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
• Remove trash and transport used linens to designated laundry areas.
• Organize and replenish housekeeping carts with supplies, cleaning products, and fresh linens before each shift.
• Perform detailed cleaning projects to maintain room quality and appearance.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, including basic room touch-ups and preventative upkeep.
• Interact professionally with guests and team members while providing excellent customer service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate room status updates as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, security protocols, and chemical handling guidelines.

What Your Day Looks Like

As a Housekeeping, you will clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in each cabin. You will change linens, replace towels, restock items for guests, and handle daily tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. You will also refill toiletries and cleaning supplies, report any repairs that are needed, follow all safety and cleaning procedures, and keep storage areas clean and organized.
