Work Environment

  • Travel may be required for multi-site support engagements.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, storage, and networking t...
  • Experience working in data center environments with adherence to operational and security standards.
  • Strong understanding of server hardware, storage systems, operating systems, and network infrastruc...
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics, repairs, and equipment installations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network+
  • Dell, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, or equivalent OEM certifications
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Data Center Operations certifications (preferred)

Experience Level: Mid-Level (4-6 Years)
