This is a floor-focused leadership role in a smaller, team-oriented manufacturing environment where you will have direct impact on operations, people development, and company growth. Responsibilities Lead daily production operations and scheduling execution Drive throughput, labor efficiency, uptime, and on-time delivery Coach and develop operators, leads, and supervisors Hold teams accountable for safety, quality, attendance, and performance Support troubleshooting, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with OSHA, GMP, and SQF standards Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and shipping teams Qualifications Manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence Mechanical aptitude and operational mindset Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus
