Job Summary

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and professional positions while serving as a strategic partner to business leaders. This role develops talent acquisition strategies, builds qualified candidate pipelines, advises hiring managers on market trends and hiring best practices, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a collaborative recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about attracting top talent.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, and offer management.
• Serve as the primary talent acquisition partner and trusted advisor for assigned hiring managers and business leaders.
• Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship building.
• Recruit technical and professional talent across engineering, production, operations, supply chain, and business functions.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical capabilities, and organizational fit.
• Advise hiring managers on talent market trends, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to support hiring objectives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, employment regulations, and hiring processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a positive and efficient candidate experience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function.
• Provide occasional onsite recruiting support for hiring events as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience with a bachelor's degree, or a minimum of 6 years of talent acquisition experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience recruiting technical and/or professional talent, including engineering, aerospace, production, operations, supply chain, or business positions.
• Experience managing the recruitment process through candidate offer and acceptance.
• Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, or a similar applicant tracking system.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and providing recruitment strategy guidance.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and labor market data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Ability to build relationships across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting occasional onsite recruiting activities.
• Candidates must reside within commuting distance of San Diego, Palmdale, or El Segundo.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience required ORa minimum of 6 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in lieu of a degree.
