Job Description We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our P&C Quality Assurance and Test Automation team. You will report to the Manager of P&C Quality Assurance and Test Automation. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in automated testing frameworks, software quality assurance, and technical leadership to ensure the reliability and performance of our critical P&C policy systems. You will work independently on complex assignments, collaborating closely with technical and non-technical team members to deliver robust and effective automated testing solutions. The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for a generous benefits package. This is a 100% in-office position. The role requires consistent on-site presence to support collaboration, real-time decision-making, and effective partnership with cross-functional teams. The salary range provided reflects targeted hiring locations and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. Compensation may vary for candidates in other locations based on geographic differentials, cost of labor, and internal equity considerations.
