From managing campus partnerships to guiding technical students through the hiring process, you will ensure a seamless, high-touch experience that strengthens our market position and fuels our long-term engineering pipeline.

This Job Is For You If

1. Campus Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Build Strategic Alliances: Develop and maintain deep relationships with university career centers, engineering department heads, professors, and targeted student organizations (e.g., IEEE, SWE, NSBE, SHPE).
  • Targeted School Selection: Analyze data to identify and partner with core universities known for strong programs in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, and Computer Engineering.
  • Event Execution: Plan, organize, and host high-impact campus events, including tech talks, lab tours, panel discussions, hackathons, and traditional career fairs.

2. Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview undergraduate, Master's, and Ph.D. candidates for internship, co-op, and new college graduate (NCG) roles, and assist Experienced Hire Recruiters as needed.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and design teams to understand specialized technical requirements (e.g., RF design, silicon photonics, wafer fabrication, process engineering).
  • Offer Management: Manage the entire selection process, from technical assessment coordination to structured offer presentation, negotiation, and closing.

3. Internship Program Management

  • Program Enrichment: Design and execute a robust summer internship experience, incorporating executive lunch-and-learns, technical project presentations, and social networking events.
  • Conversion Pipeline: Oversee the end-of-term performance evaluation process to successfully convert high-performing interns into permanent full-time hires.

4. Brand & Operations Excellence

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor messaging, presentation decks, and digital collateral specifically to early-career tech talent.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics, including cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and diversity hiring goals.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with a heavy emphasis on university relations or campus recruitment required.
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor, hardware engineering, aerospace, or deep-tech manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills; a natural ability to connect authentically with students, faculty, and executive stakeholders alike.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume event logistics and multiple concurrent hiring timelines.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 40-50% during peak campus recruiting seasons (Fall and Spring).
