Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Sr. Program Coordinator for the Office of Honors College.
The Sr. Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning and implementation of Honors College co-curricular and extra-curricular programming across the areas of student academic success, community building, service learning, and leadership.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Coordinates and oversees the Community Mentors for continuing students and the Honors Programming Committee.
- Develops and provides workshops, training programs and arranges speakers for students in leadership, diversity, student life, service learning, etc.
- Researches and implements best practices in student development.
- Administers qualitative and quantitative assessments of program outcomes to support data-driven decision-making. Oversees student programming budget.
- Maintains communication with campus partners.
- Responsible for building and maintaining collaborative partnerships across campus units. Oversees continuing student housing selection process.
- Oversees student leader recruitment, training, and evaluation processes.
- Participates in the planning and execution of recruitment and yield events.
- Provides administrative support and duties as assigned, in line with the mission, vision, role, and goals of the Honors College.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in a related field plus a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
