We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Technician to join our Data Center Operations team. This position is responsible for supporting the daily operation, maintenance, and organization of critical IT operations within a secure data center environment. The successful candidate will assist with equipment installations, hardware maintenance, cabling, inventory management, troubleshooting, and customer support activities while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to established procedures. This role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced mission-critical environment. Salary Range: $55,000- $60,000 depending on experience Key Responsibilities
