Now Hiring: Assemblers (Manufacturing) - Tulsa, OK Wedlake Enclosure Systems is hiring multiple Assemblers to support our manufacturing and production operations on 1st and 2nd shift. This role performs hands-on assembly of enclosure components, while operating a variety of hand tools, cranes, and lifts and supporting final product build and helping ensure quality, safety, and efficient production. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or skilled trades. Training is provided. What You'll Do Assist with assembly of enclosure components including panels, doors, frames, and hardware. Follow blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor guidance. Perform basic tasks such as drilling, fastening, sealing, and material handling. Use hand and power tools safely (drills, impacts, grinders). Inspect work for basic quality and report issues to team leads. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with team members to meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For Entry-level experience or interest in manufacturing, assembly, or construction. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read a tape measure. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work second shift hours (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday-Friday) and participate in mandatory weekend coverage as needed. Preferred Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or use of hand tools. Exposure to blueprints or technical instructions. Experience working in a team production environment. Why Wedlake?
