Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Day Shift: 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM

Recruiter Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• Full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly manufacturing roles.
• Source and review resumes using an applicant tracking/recruiting platform.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews.
• Support the hiring process workflow, including offer letter preparation and coordination.
• Extend offers and guide candidates through onboarding steps.
• Schedule and manage pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug screens, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to support workforce needs at a client manufacturing site.
• Assist with recruiting administration and general HR coordination tasks.

Recruiter Qualifications & Requirements:

• Recruiting, HR, or staffing experience preferred (manufacturing recruiting a plus).
• Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills (phone screening, scheduling, candidate engagement).
• Comfortable working in recruiting platforms/ATS systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on hiring processes.
• Ability to support both hourly industrial roles and salaried leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work on-site or closely with a client in a manufacturing environment.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving contract role.
