Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex technology projects with schedules in different time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our global teams and Product and Engineering Teams to deliver strategic programs.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Create a program plan, manage schedules, and own end-to-end program delivery with a focus on high-quality and on-time delivery.
• Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with a large audience.
• Define program deliverables and drive accountability through tracking and follow-up on action items to closure.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Produce program reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate program risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and reducing potential disruptions.
• Conduct scrum of scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment.
• Provide a uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication and transparency regarding program status, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10-12 years in a project/program management role managing software development projects.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and managing a software build through different stages and environments, all the way from ideation to release.
• Working experience with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Agile software lifecycle methodology with hands-on experience in JIRA Platform, GitHub, and Confluence.
• Experience in managing AdTech-related programs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital advertising and/or the Smart TV space is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in shipping consumer and/or enterprise solutions.
• Experience simultaneously working on multiple programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience communicating effectively across organizational structures and multiple management levels.
• PMP certification is a plus.
