About This Role
The Department of Clinical Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine, Kansas State University invites applications for a clinical, term appointment as assistant or associate professor in Equine Surgery. Applicants must hold a DVM or equivalent degree and have completed a residency approved by the American College of Veterinary Surgery. Candidates eligible for board certification by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons will be provided study time for examination preparation when appropriate. The successful candidate should be committed to academia and dedicated to contributing to a high-quality teaching program. About Us The qualified person will join a dedicated team of equine medicine, surgery, field service, reproduction and large animal emergency medicine faculty members. In addition, each of the service areas have great support staff to fulfill the mission of quality patient care and exceptional customer service. Worksite Description This position is On-site. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.
