Description EwingCole is a nationally recognized architecture, engineering, interior design and planning firm with offices across the country. Our multi-disciplinary practice is built on the core values of professional excellence, design quality and collaboration. We are seeking a Project Architect to join the Healthcare Practice in our Philadelphia office. As part of the architecture discipline, the Project Architect is responsible for project delivery across all phases of design, from schematic design through construction administration, ensuring design intent, technical quality, and regulatory compliance are maintained. This person has the ability to direct teams to create high-quality specifications and documentation of projects independently or support a larger team of architects on large complex projects. The Project Architect has a unique talent and ability to integrate technical requirements into documentation through graphics and modeling in order to communicate the design intent to builders and lead the project through construction by addressing issues that arise. The ability to provide a high level of client satisfaction through adherence to company standards and best practices is valued for this role.
