We are committed to providing you with: * Highly competitive wages Position Summary The Rooms Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Rooms Division, ensuring exceptional guest service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. This position provides leadership and direction to Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services associates during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with hotel standards, brand expectations, and company policies. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, and leads by example through service excellence and accountability. This position reports to the Rooms Manager and works closely with the Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Engineering, and other hotel leadership to deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience.
