Summary

A business

consulting firm, specialized in regulatory guidance and strategic business

consulting, is seeking a driven Japanese Bilingual Account Manager/ Project

Coordinator. As an Account Manager, you will be managing client relationships,

tailoring solutions, and handling contracts as well as managing project

management and internal research liaison. This position is ideal for a

proactive, self-motivated professional who excels at cross-cultural

communication and is eager to manage client relationships both domestically and

internationally.

Essential

Duties and Responsibilities include but not are limited to



  • Handle prospective client inquiries

    efficiently via telephone, email, and in-person consultations.
  • Conduct on-site visits to prospective

    clients to present consulting services and tailor solutions to their

    specific needs.
  • Maintain regular follow-up communication

    and benchmarking visits with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Generate professional proposals, detailed

    price quotes, and review contractual agreements.
  • Act as a vital liaison between corporate

    clients and internal research teams to ensure successful project execution

    and completion.
  • Proactively contact accounts and uncover

    new business opportunities to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales

    targets.
  • Maintain close, seamless communication

    with the company President and the senior sales management team based in

    Japan.
  • Undertake necessary domestic and

    international travel to support business development initiatives.
  • Execute any other related duties and

    administrative tasks as assigned by management.



Qualifications



  • Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese

    (proficient in reading, writing, and speaking at a professional business

    level).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business,

    Asian Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for tracking project data and generating client

    presentations.
  • Driven to proactively manage client

    inquiries and needs assessment, maintain responsive communication, and

    collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.


  • Interest or prior business experience in the

    medical device, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
  • More than 2 years of professional sales or

    business development experience highly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel both

    domestically and internationally as required by the business.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and comfort

    working closely with numbers, forecasting, and budgets.



The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
