Job Title: Operations Quality Technician
Location: Acton MA
Duration: 6 months contract
Pay Rate: $24-$26.40/HR
Shift: (Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Position Overview:
The Operations Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves inspecting incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods, maintaining quality records, and supporting compliance with quality and regulatory requirements in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Experience Requirements:
* High School Diploma required.
* Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, laboratory, medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments is preferred.
* Experience with quality documentation and record keeping.
* Familiarity with inspection and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, or similar equipment is a plus.
* Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
Responsibilities:
* Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished products.
* Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
* Enter and maintain data in electronic quality systems.
* Verify calibration status of inspection equipment before use.
* Identify and report quality issues or discrepancies.
* Follow GMP, GDP, and quality procedures at all times.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment suitable for medical device manufacturing.
* Support quality audits and compliance activities as needed.

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
* Standing and walking for extended periods during the shift.
* Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
* Ability to inspect small parts and components with attention to detail.
