Lubes Operations Coordinator - Midland, TX

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily lubricant operations through inventory management, dispatch coordination, logistics planning, and driver communication. This role serves as a key link between drivers, warehouse personnel, sales teams, and operations leadership to ensure accurate inventory, efficient product movement, and timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily lubricant operations, including dispatch support, delivery planning, and logistics activities.
• Serve as a primary point of communication between drivers, warehouse personnel, sales teams, and operations leadership.
• Support driver engagement and monitor delivery performance, route execution, and operational metrics.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support customer and operational needs.
• Perform inventory cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Track inbound and outbound product movement and coordinate transfers between locations.
• Partner with warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues and ensure product availability.
• Maintain operational reports related to inventory, logistics, and delivery performance.
• Support inventory audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience supporting drivers, delivery operations, or transportation teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Experience with SmartLogix and/or Samsara.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in the lubricant, fuel, transportation, logistics, or distribution industries.
• 1+ year of SAP experience.
