We are seeking an experienced
Manager, Talent Management for a temporary assignment to lead and integrate key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives and building a unified, high-performance talent ecosystem.
In this role, you will oversee leaders in recruiting, performance, and learning while driving strategy, process improvement, and system integration across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a critical role in optimizing workforce planning, enhancing employee development, and ensuring data-driven HR decision-making.
