Recruiting Supervisor (Temporary Assignment)
Lead Recruiting Operations and Drive Talent Acquisition Success
Are you an experienced recruiting leader who thrives on building processes, improving systems, and developing high-performing teams? We are seeking a Recruiting Supervisor for a temporary assignment to lead recruitment operations, optimize talent acquisition strategies, and enhance hiring processes across the organization.
In this role, you will oversee a team of recruiters while serving as a hands-on recruiting expert for critical hiring needs. You will drive recruiting performance, implement process improvements, and lead Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization to create a scalable, efficient hiring function.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities and support hard-to-fill positions.
  • Improve recruiting workflows, SOPs, and hiring processes.
  • Oversee ATS implementation, configuration, reporting, and user adoption.
  • Train recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, dashboards, and workforce data.
  • Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and recruiting standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, recruitment budgets, and agency performance.
  • Partner with leadership to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.


Qualifications:


  • Experience leading recruiting teams and talent acquisition operations
  • Strong ATS administration and implementation experience
  • Advanced analytical, reporting, and Excel skills
  • Proven ability to improve recruiting processes and drive results
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Experience with recruiting metrics, dashboards, and workforce planning


Compensation: $71,896 - $106,406 annualized salary equivalent
