JOB TITLE: Business Intelligence Analyst DEPARTMENT: Commercial (Marketing) EXEMPT / NON-EXEMPT: Exempt LOCATION: Remote Position Summary The Business Intelligence Analyst builds and maintains the analytical foundation that connects marketing activity, market dynamics, and commercial performance to business decisions. This role translates complex data into actionable insights, enabling more effective go-to-market strategies, product prioritization, and investment decisions. It serves as a critical bridge across Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Service to ensure alignment around a single, data-driven view of performance and opportunity. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, see, and hear. The employee is regularly required to work on a keyboard and computer. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position is designated as remote. Candidates located near one of our office locations may work in a hybrid arrangement, combining remote work with in-office presence as appropriate. The role primarily involves working from a home office, requiring a quiet and distraction-free environment suitable for confidential work, frequent video and phone calls, and focused tasks. The employee must have access to a reliable internet connection and an ergonomically appropriate workspace. Typical work conditions include prolonged periods of sitting, extensive use of a computer, and frequent interaction via digital communication tools. Travel requirements: Limited travel may be required to support team collaboration, business meetings, and key planning activities. Travel frequency will vary based on business needs. #LI-SH1 Pay Transparency: Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $90,000 - 95,000 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
