Imagine a role where your expertise directly translates innovative designs into tangible, high-quality products that delight customers globally. We're seeking a passionate individual to join a dynamic team, playing a pivotal part in ensuring every garment meets the highest standards of fit and design. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and executing design aesthetics, ensuring consistent fit and construction that aligns perfectly with customer needs. You will be at the heart of bringing innovative designs to life, directly influencing the final product, enhancing the customer experience, and making a tangible impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do



  • Maintain and execute design aesthetics through consistent fit and construction, aligned with customer needs.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functional partners and vendors effectively.
  • Translate design concepts into detailed specifications for costing and first prototypes.
  • Leverage fit camps and maintain overall customer fit consistency across products.
  • Troubleshoot and communicate fit issues promptly and clearly.
  • Provide valuable input on fit & construction risk management strategies.
  • Ensure both physical and digital samples comply with brand standards throughout the product creation process.


What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications



  • A general understanding and practical application of garment construction, patternmaking, alterations, and grading.
  • Well-versed in Fit, Construction, and Quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of brand, customer, and cost requirements.
  • Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software or Tech Pack Management systems.
  • Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to recommend effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a strong collaborator and influencer.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Foundational knowledge of 3D rendering and/or digital pattern software.
