Department

• Epic and Revenue Cycle Collaboration
  * Maintain and update Epic systems to ensure accurate alignment with revenue cycle processes for contracted commercial and Medicare MA health plans.
  * Collaborate with IT, revenue cycle, and operational teams to troubleshoot and resolve Epic-related issues.
  * Monitor system updates and implement necessary changes to support contract terms and billing workflows.

• Contract Updates and Renegotiations
  * Support the review, analysis, and renegotiation of payor contracts to ensure favorable terms.
  * Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure contracts align with organizational goals.
  * Maintain documentation and update systems to reflect revised contract terms on an ongoing basis
  (15%)
• Contract Modeling and Financial Analysis
  * Develop detailed contract models to assess financial impact and support decision-making.
  * Conduct analyses of reimbursement rates, payment methodologies, and financial trends.
  * Prepare forecasts and reports to inform leadership and strategic planning.
  (20%)
• Ad-Hoc Projects (Supplementing Modeling)
  * Provide ad-hoc support to address urgent or unique issues related to contracts or financial performance.
  * Collaborate across departments to gather and interpret data for ad-hoc initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field Required

• 7-9 years Proven experience in Epic systems, payor contracting, and revenue cycle operations Required
• Certification in Epic or related healthcare technology systems, preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data modeling tools and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and compliance requirements.
