Assembly Supervisor | Direct Hire | $36-$40/Hour
Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We're seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to lead production teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
In this direct hire opportunity, you'll oversee assembly operations, supervise up to 20 employees, and play a key role in improving productivity, quality, efficiency, and employee development. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing supervision, production leadership, assembly operations, lean manufacturing, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead daily production activities to achieve schedule attainment and customer delivery goals.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and mentor assembly team members and group leaders.
  • Drive productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate staffing and workflow to maximize efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing projects and process improvements.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
  • Maintain tooling, equipment, and manufacturing documentation.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as an Assembly Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar leadership role
  • Strong ERP manufacturing system knowledge
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency


Compensation:


  • $36-$40 per hour based on experience
