A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production, warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations while driving productivity, inventory accuracy, employee performance, and on-time customer deliveries.

What You'll Do (Job Duties)

• Lead daily production, warehouse, and shipping operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Develop and manage production schedules, labor allocation, and operational priorities.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Oversee inventory control, material flow, receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and customer deliveries while controlling freight costs.
• Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and quality expectations.

What We're Looking For (Requirements and Qualifications)

• 5+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or operations management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing production and warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
