Physician Assistant - WOMC (Warrior Operational Medicine Clinic)

Location: Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time | 24/7 coverage (all shifts required)

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care in the Warrior Operational Medicine Clinic at Nellis AFB. This role involves delivering primary and urgent care in a fast-paced military setting under physician supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in clinical and urgent care settings

Perform patient histories, physical exams, and order/interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and implement treatment plans
Serve as Primary Care Manager (PCM) for assigned patients
Provide preventive care and coordinate specialty referrals
Manage emergent cases and stabilize patients as needed
Collaborate with healthcare team and communicate clinical findings

Requirements

Minimum 24 months of PA experience within the last 36 months
Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited program
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or Red Cross)
Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 facilit
