Job Title: Contractor - Human Resources

Location(s): Merrifield, VA

The Human Resources Contractor will support the HR department by performing a variety of tasks including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Assist with employee relations and help address any issues or concerns.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
