Job Title: Salesforce Programmer Analyst 4

Location(s): Glen Allen, VA

We are looking for a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in an application that is recently developed and released to production. The candidate should have experience with Copado.

• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
• Follow configuration-first approach.
• Must have experience with Copado CI/CD.
• Write unit tests and work with the DevOps team to debug and remediate issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Experience in Jira for documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes for defects and new stories.

• Jira: Required, 5 Years
• Salesforce Service Cloud: Required, 6 Years
• Copado: Required, 4 Years
• Salesforce Apex Class and LWC: Required, 6 Years
