Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Enter customer orders and prepare customer quotes accurately
• Update online orders and create new customer accounts
• Receive and process inventory as needed
• Maintain accurate records and data entry systems
• Assist managers and company owners with administrative tasks and special projects
• Provide excellent customer service and support daily office operations
• Perform general office and clerical duties as assigned
• Assist with social media, website updates, and marketing-related tasks when needed
