Location: Birmingham, AL

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6 AM-6:30 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a machine shop, manufacturing, or CNC environment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CNC machining, deburring, and small-part manufacturing is preferred.

Job Duties:

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Load and unload materials and parts into CNC equipment.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic offset adjustments as needed.
• Maintain production records and accurate documentation.
• Identify quality issues and report non-conforming products.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
