POSITION OVERVIEW The Community Memberships Manager is responsible for piloting, launching, and overseeing a new external membership model aligned with the organization's five-year strategic vision. This role will own all aspects of the external membership experience for individuals in the surrounding community, including program design, member recruitment and retention, partnership development, and operational execution. The role serves as the primary steward of the membership model, ensuring a high-quality, sustainable, and engaging offering that connects community members to campus programs, events, and services.
