Overview
This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit's Commercial Business Units ("Spirit Commercial"). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing's three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial's core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities About the Role: This opportunity will help lead all aspects of Wichita's strategic and long-range business planning, financial forecasting, integrated financial analyses, and executive reporting. This role will provide leadership and direction to a team responsible for supporting complex business and financial objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Establishes priorities, allocates resources, and manages competing workloads to ensure successful execution of critical deliverables. Applies strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to address business challenges, make informed decisions, and drive organizational performance. Collaborates across business functions and organizational levels to align priorities, communicate effectively, and achieve desired outcomes while fostering employee development and team engagement. Performs responsibilities requiring integration of disciplines from more than one finance business management job family and/or other business functions and applies independent, specialized technical expertise to a wide range of business objectives. Activities may include, but are not limited to, the development, integration, implementation, and/or execution of multidisciplinary business processes. This position will work cross-functionally with internal and external customers and suppliers at all employee levels to carry out responsibilities. Position Responsibilities:

Summary Pay Range: $110,650 - $169,650 Kansas Tax Credit: Join Spirit AeroSystems' Kansas team and you may be eligible for a $5,000 state of Kansas Aviation tax credit for up to five years.
