WHAT YOU'LL DO: You will be supporting the organization by maintaining, repairing, and calibrating CNC machinery to ensure that production goals are met in a timely manner. You will demonstrate mastery of your craft by executing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting problems and failures, follow safety guidelines, practice 5S, and engage in continuous improvement on the shop floor. You will be required to perform maintenance on heavy machinery, manage inventory, and work with peers on TPM for shop equipment.

WHEN YOU COULD WORK:

  • 10 Hour Shift: Monday-Thursday
  • Overtime available!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Basic math, readings, and some computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Vocational training plus 8 to 10 years of work experience
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints
  • Able to lift, push and pull between 30 to 60 pounds
  • Effective communication skills
  • Curtain wall industry experience highly preferred
  • Experience using MECAL CNC system preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to a safe & enjoyable work environment
  • Able to work collaboratively with a team
  • Effectively manage time to meet production schedules
  • Able to fully understand and interpret fabrication drawings
