Job Description Visa is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development for the NA Marketing Services team. This role is responsible for leading the development of high-quality RFP responses, pitch materials, and client-facing marketing content that supports business growth across North America. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in shaping business development strategy for key opportunities, while providing guidance and informal leadership to junior team members and cross-functional contributors. This role partners closely with client leads, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to deliver compelling, insight-driven materials that position Visa as a strategic partner. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality, on-time RFP and pitch materials Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to junior team members contributing to projects Partner with Sales, Product, and Consulting teams to gather inputs and align on client strategy Serve as a key point of coordination across stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 8-10+ years of experience in business development, marketing, consulting, or related fields Strong experience developing RFP responses, pitch materials, and strategic presentations Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills Experience in payments, financial services, or client-facing marketing environments preferred U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $130,600 to $246,200 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
