Strong leadership skills and technical savvy is a perfect combination for the Manager, IT. As the Manager, IT you will direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of the specified application suite, manages the responsible application team(s) and monitors associated vendor and third party applications (if applicable). This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the application teams. You will also be accountable for managing and coordinating the development of new functionality, testing and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades, and system defects. Additional responsibilities will include; serve as a liaison to the appropriate MLH enterprise operational leaders and be responsible for communicating any optimization projects and timelines for completion.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of application management experience and/or vendor aligned experience with full cycle implementation experience preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in technology, clinical or related field, masters preferred in related discipline.

Licensures/Certifications:

Current Epic certification(s) and/or appropriate certification as defined by your role (if applicable to your application (s) or must be willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completed testing. All certifications must be actively maintained.
