Job Title: Contractor - Workplace Infra & Logistics

Location(s): Full-Time Onsite in Pensacola, FL.

Receive, interpret, and deliver inbound correspondence, packages, and internal documents. Provide distribution services and administrative support to internal customers and enterprise initiatives.

• Manage and distribute incoming correspondence and packages efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to internal teams and enterprise-wide projects.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of internal documents.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.

• Proven experience in logistics or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using office software and logistics management tools.
