The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living is accessible from 19th Avenue SE or 24th Avenue SE, east of the Walmart Supercenter. This is more than a place to work-it is a place to thrive. Position: Culinary Server
Hourly Wage: $17.50/hour - $22.50/hour, depending on experience
Service Area: 2103 9th St SE, Willmar, MN 56201
Schedule: 4m-7pm, 3 FTE options available (part-time PM)

Option 1, 0.4 FTE - Week 1: Monday, Tuesday / Week 2: Friday and Saturday
Option 2, 0.4 FTE - Week 1: Sunday and Thursday / Week 2: Monday and Tuesday
Option 3, 0.6 FTE - Week 1: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being. Duties include:


  • Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.


  • Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.


  • Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.


  • Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.


  • Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.


  • Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.


  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.


  • Must possess advanced computer skills.
