| JOB SUMMARY: |
This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives at Everus and its operating companies. This position will focus on driving growth, improving competitiveness, and aligning business operations with long-term organizational goals. | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics or related field;
- Seven years' experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, strategy consulting, or other similar strategic planning focused activities.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Lead the development and implementation of corporate strategies, working closely with senior leadership to define priorities and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to help inform strategic decisions.
- Work with finance, operations, human resources, information technology and other departments within the corporate office as well as the operating companies to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and timelines.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, adjusting as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Prepare and present financial reports, strategic updates, and presentations to senior management and the company's Board of Directors to assess the financial implications of strategic decisions.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.

- Strong ability to analyze complex data, market trends, and financial metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and project management capabilities to guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, propose solutions and implement strategies that drive business performance
- Familiar with multiple proprietary, non-public, and public data sources in order to ascertain key industry and company information
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet rapid, time-sensitive deadlines
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships

- Experience within the financial services or corporate development field related to the construction industry.

- Salary Range: $135,760 - $169,700
