APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Business Intelligence platforms. Create and implement visualization standards, themes, and templates to support consistent reporting experiences. Build complex data models, advanced calculations, and data flows to support descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics. Apply visual design and data storytelling principles to communicate insights, trends, and outliers effectively. Partner with data teams to query, structure, and model data for reporting and dashboard development. Manage BI report publishing, user access, permissions, and usage monitoring following established best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct testing, gather feedback, and refine reporting solutions. Mentor and support team members on visualization best practices, dashboard design standards, and reporting tools. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 9 years of Tactical experience with a minimum of one data visualization tool Minimum 9 years of experience designing and developing advanced dashboards/reports and data visualizations Minimum 9 years of experience incorporating data storytelling into visualizations Minimum 9 years of experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) to analyze, extract, and transform data Minimum 9 years of experience in Power BI, SQL, and Business Intelligence What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree Tactical experience with multiple data visualization tools Knowledge of data management concepts and terminology Certification in data storytelling and data visualization tools.
