Job Summary: In this role, the Corporate Experience and Events Coordinator will play an integral role in planning and executing employee engagement events at headquarters; support on-site customer, sales, and marketing events and assist with planning of off-site conferences, meetings, and engagements in key domestic markets. This team member should be highly organized and outgoing, with a talent in taking initiative, leading employee and vendor teams, streamlining planning, and serving both internal and external stakeholders. The Corporate Experience and Events Coordinator will play a critical role in all Nashville-based and offsite events, serving as a key member of the Experience Center and Events team. This is a hybrid, Nashville-based role, with 3 days per week in office and up to 5 days per week during on-site events, including some nights and weekends for larger scale events.
