Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley's campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers; and the new patient tower with 200 spacious, private rooms. The Community Dementia Program Manager is responsible for providing high quality dementia specific assessment and programming as well as community education, resource acquisition and communication to qualified members of the community, displaying good skills in assessment, program planning, and individual treatment in the promotion of health in Senior Association and Club Memory members.
Eucation and Experience:
Salary Range: Minimum 32.62/hour - Maximum 53.81/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
