Job Description:
As Saab Inc. is preparing to launch manufacturing operations in Grayling, Michigan, we are seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) to play a key role in establishing and driving operational success at our new facility. The Manufacturing Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring assigned programs meet or exceed schedule, cost, quality, and performance objectives. This role will oversee program execution from planning through delivery, ensuring all customer requirements, technical specifications, and Saab Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are fully satisfied. The MPM will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program risks, monitor progress against key milestones, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing for the Grayling facility and will be expected to travel occasionally, up to 25%, to support program and customer requirements. Responsibilities:
Compensation Range: $115,700 - $150,500 The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
